Ring doorbell account setup.

You should have received an email from no-reply@myaccount.ring.com titled “Someone Shared Their Ring Device with You You’ve Been Added as a Ring Shared User”. The message should look like the picture below click on the create account button outlined in green below.


You should have your default browser bring up the screen shown below. Enter your first name where “IT” is outlined in orange below and enter your last name where “Support” is outlined in orange below. Select the Continue button also in the picture below but outlined in green.


The next screen should look like the picture below enter your work email address both times in place of itsupport@haslcutah.org outlined in orange below. Select the Continue button also in the picture below but outlined in green.


The next screen should look like the picture below enter your work personal password where outlined in orange below once for each. The passwords must meet the requirements shown in red text below. Select the Create Account button also in the picture below but outlined in green.



Now you will get an account created! Screen, please follow the instructions by checking your email. You should have a message like the one shown below please select the Verify Now button outlined in green. If you have trouble finding the email it should be from no-reply@verify.ring.com and titled ‘Safety First: Please Verify Your Email”.




Now please click the Go To My Dashboard button outlined in green below.

 

 


Now your account is all created please feel free to reach out to ITSupport@haslcutah.org and we can help you set up the account to display notifications on your Phone and or Desktop.
