Enable access to Windows Administrative Shares

From Endpoint Central you want to go to the “inventory” tab along the top outlined in green below and then “computers” under view outlined in orange below. Select the users computer you are trying to correct which in this example is “MO-JEFFB-LT” laptop outlined in red below.


Now select “actions” outlined in green below. Then select “system manager” outlined in orange below. Followed by "command prompt" outlined in red.


 

Now make sure “Run As” has system selected as shown below outlined in green. Now for the first command type the following outlined in orange below then press enter “netsh advfirewall firewall set rule group="File and Printer Sharing" new enable=Yes”. Now for the Second command (this one may or may not be needed) type the following outlined in red below then press enter
“REG add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system /v LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f”

 

Now you should be able to access that PC via run.
